Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing agentverif.com or using the agentverif MCP plugin, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
agentverif provides AI agent package certification, verification, and registry services. We issue cryptographic certificates for agent packages submitted by vendors.
3. Free Tier
The Indie plan includes 3 signs per month with local hash verification only. No public registry entry.
4. Paid Plans
Pro ($9/mo) and Enterprise ($79/mo) plans include public registry, activation tracking, and revocation. Billing is monthly. Cancel anytime.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Submit malicious, harmful, or deceptive agents
- Attempt to forge, tamper with, or spoof certificates
- Abuse the API, MCP endpoint, or verification service
- Resell or redistribute certificates without permission
Violation may result in immediate license revocation.
6. Disclaimer
agentverif certifies package integrity and origin — we verify that a package has not been tampered with since signing. We do not guarantee agent behavior, fitness for purpose, or safety of execution. Use certified agents at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
agentverif is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use certified or uncertified agents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Revocation
agentverif reserves the right to revoke any license at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, or fraudulent submission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
